Welcome to the Better You Better World 5k! We host this annual fun run/walk to do exactly what the name (and our vision) suggests…
to help create a better you and a better world!
It’s pretty simple really. Get off the couch and get your butt in gear. Do something that causes you to be intentionally active for the sake of your overall physical health (better you). And thanks to our amazing sponsors all of the proceeds from the race will go to support our good friends at Grace Malnutrition Center in Arcahaie, Haiti (better world).

After Party
Join us post-race for an After Party celebrating your steps toward a better you and a better world! Drive, walk, or run just a little more to our building a mere minute from the race site. There you will find a free breakfast so you can refuel. We will also have a bounce house, a kids’ race, and other family friendly activities for you to enjoy!

Grace Center works to keep families together by addressing some of the causes of separation and poverty through medical care for children suffering from malnutrition, malnutrition prevention, education sponsorship, parenting classes, agriculture classes, and Bible Study.
