The Foundry Center includes a large auditorium, a banquet hall, multiple large spaces for business meetings as well as break-out spaces. On-site catering services are available. Guided tours of the building and grounds may be arranged by scheduling a tour with our office staff.

Rental packages are custom built for each event. These rates are base-line prices. We do request a 2-hour minimum rental for all after-hours events.
Set-Up/Strike – $25/hr. (Base Rate/ Subject to adjustment depending on size and need)
Host at Main Entrance of Lobby – $25/hr. (after our normal hours: Mon – Thurs: 9 am – 5 pm
Tech for Lights/Sound/Presentation – $75/hr.
Kitchen – $75/hr.
Our kitchen is fully-equipped and certified by the State of Florida as a catering kitchen. Anyone interest in renting this room must possess a current Florida Food Safety Manager Certification, as well as hold a certificate of liability insurance in our files.
