We live in a world where it’s easy to be overwhelmed. Whether it’s the things that are actually happening, peoples opinions, or our own toxic thoughts, there’s a lot to process and it can be exhausting. Mind over Matter is a 4 part series that will help us to think about how we think. We will look at how to identify the issues that are holding us back and introduce some practical applications as to how we can rewire our brain to become the person God created us to be.
